Cheryl Parr, PhD
Cheryl is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and certified Yoga Therapist (Level 4, 550hrs), with additional training in Somatics, Sound Healing and the Nia movement practice. With a beautiful blend of scientific knowledge and intuitive wisdom, Cheryl creates practices that help you move with ease, breathe more freely, and reconnect with your whole self. Her approach is welcoming, empowering and deeply nurturing — yoga for every body.
Alison Lewis, RGN
A community nurse for over 30 years, Alison brings deep compassion and a holistic understanding of wellbeing into her yoga teaching and therapy. As a YogaRenew Yoga Teacher and qualified Yoga Therapist, Alison supports others in finding joy, vitality and balance in their everyday life.
Together, Cheryl and Alison combine expertise, compassion and a love of holistic wellbeing to hold a truly restorative retreat space — where you can move, rest, explore and simply be.

Following a successful four-week pilot in Chipping Norton and Moreton-in-Marsh, Heart Mind Spirit is proud to announce the official launch of yoga classes and yoga therapy services across the Cotswolds, beginning September 1st, 2025.
Founded and led by Alison Lewis, a qualified yoga therapist and experienced healthcare professional, Heart Mind Spirit offers personalised, holistic therapeutic yoga designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
