Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to create space - space to rest, reflect, reconnect, and restore. Whether you’re joining us for a full weekend escape or a single day of wellbeing, you’ll be guided with warmth, care, and expertise in a welcoming and supportive environment.

The Be Yoga retreat - a restorative weekend retreat

 Join Alison Lewis (Heart Mind Spirit) and Cheryl Parr (EarthSpirit) for an intimate and deeply restorative weekend designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.


Limited to just 8 guests, this retreat offers a truly personalised experience in a peaceful setting, exclusively reserved for retreat participants. Surrounded by nature, it’s the perfect place to slow down and reconnect.


Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be guided through a carefully curated blend of practices, including:

  • Daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork 
  • Outdoor yoga (weather permitting) 
  • Evening Yoga Nidra and sound healing 
  • A personalised 30-minute yoga therapy session 


Alongside the structured sessions, there is plenty of time to simply be — whether that’s walking along the coast, enjoying the sauna or hot tub, taking a sea swim, or curling up with a book.


All meals are included, with delicious, nourishing vegetarian dishes prepared fresh to support your wellbeing throughout the weekend.

One-day retreats - a gentle reset for mind and body

If you’re looking for a shorter escape, our day retreats offer a powerful opportunity to step back, recharge, and reconnect - all within a single, carefully held day.


Set in peaceful rural surroundings, these retreats provide a calming and accessible space for everyone, whether you’re completely new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.


Each day retreat includes a blend of:

  • Gentle, accessible movement 
  • Guided meditation for calm and clarity 
  • Immersive sound therapy for deep relaxation 
  • Time to pause, reflect, and connect 


A nourishing vegetarian lunch is also included, designed to support your wellbeing and enhance your experience.
